Walking together
As we walk in the experience of a belonging that knows no boundaries, we feel the urgency to share with everyone we meet – especially migrants and young people – the joy that it is possible to live new relationships in welcome and communion among differences.
Through listening to the Other and to others, mutual esteem, giving and receiving, sharing, it becomes possible to discover in the field of migration, as well as in one's own life, the secret of Easter: the love capable of transforming pain into joy, injustice into forgiveness, death into life, the dramas of migration into the birth pangs of a new humanity. And to let oneself be surprised by the experience of communion in which every person – whether they know it or not – already dwells and walks.

From this experience, the International Youth Training Centers were born:
laboratories of new relationships in which to learn to look at the other,
the different, the foreigner and every reality, in particular that of migration,
with new eyes, with the eyes of God.
Open to others, open
to the world
The path of human and Christian formation offered by the International Centers is open especially to young people (from 17 to 30 years old) of different nationalities and aims to promote the acceptance of every person in their diversity.
- This journey aims, on the one hand, to accompany the formation paths already underway in the various local churches, serving the growth of catholicity, a constitutive dimension of the Church, which in welcoming people of every culture and origin can reflect and bear witness to the universal love of the God of Jesus.
- On the other hand, by collaborating in particular with schools and universities, the International Centers intend to offer the societies in which we live a contribution to raising awareness on issues concerning migration and coexistence among people of different languages, cultures, religions.
In a society where the primacy of globalization tends to standardize, isolate, and marginalize, the educational proposal of the Centers focuses particularly on the person, on relationships, and on communion.
